CLASS DESCRIPTIONYoga Flow: a mix of vinyasa flow sequences mixed with slow static poses and an element of core exercises.
Vinyasa Yoga: students will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.
AdrenalineHIIT: The ultimate combination of Functional Training & High Intensity Interval Training, delivered in an explosive 45 min.
Aqua: Intermediate level with lots of variety to improve cardiovascular fitness & low impact.
Body Attack ®/Attack 30: A cardiovascular interval training program that combines high intensity aerobic exercise, strength and stabilization.
BodyAttack®: A cardiovascular interval training program that combines high intensity aerobic exercise, strength and stabilization.
BodyBalance®: A blend of Yoga moves, Tai Chi, Pilates and controlled breathing.
BodyPump®/Pump30: A strength class using barbells & adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles whilst raising the metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning.
BodyStep®: A cardiovascular program that uses a height-adjustable step, features high intensity intervals, to tone your lower body.
BodyVive®: The optimal mix of strength, cardio & core training as a 45 min class.
Boxing Fitness/Boxing 30: An intense workout focusing on cardio boxing & body weight exercises
Kettlebell 30: Mixing Boxing Fitness with Kettle bells, this class has the best of both worlds, cardio & strength all in one.
Cable T/KB: Suspension Training bodyweight exercise with kettlebells to develop strength, balance, flexibility & core stability.
Cardio Tennis: Incorporates a variety of cardio workouts with fun tennis drills (Tennis Courts).
CXworx: Designed to get you a tight & toned core, this dynamic 30 min training utilizes resistance tubes & hand weights.
Cycle/Cycle 30: A non-impact class where you can work at your own intensity. Suitable for beginners through to experts.
Gentle Aqua: A low impact class perfect for those that require gentle, low impact exercise.
Grit Strength: A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.
Gymstick Muscle: A complete body workout. To improve your core strength, balance, posture, coordination, muscle strength & endurance.
High Energy Aqua: A class with fast paced variety, adaptable to all fitness levels.
Lungs in Action: For people with stable chronic lung conditions who have completed pulmonary rehab participation through prior referral only. Suitable for Healthy Heart participants.
Meditation: Focus the mind, calm the breath and experience deep inner peace. Both beginner and experienced meditators will benefit from this group class.
Movers and Groovers: The best fun you can have in a chair! A great light paced workout for your muscles.
Pilates: Improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body.
Pilates Slow Flow: A class designed around proper alignment, breathing, and core strength.
Swim Squad: For any age, participants must be able to swim a minimum of 1km continuously.
Total Tone: Total tone of your full body with a mix of weights & body weight exercises.
Vive Circuit: 30 minutes of a Body Vive class followed by a 30 minute equipment-based session in the gym incorporating resistance training.
Hatha Yoga: Focuses on stretches and poses to improve balance and flexibility.
Yin Yoga: A class for the beginner, focusing on basic stretches and poses to improve flexibility and balance.
Zumba: A Latin and world music inspired dance fitness class.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY• Arrive early; approx 5-10 minutes prior to
scheduled start time• Collect your ticket from customer service
(first in basis)• Cut-off time for ticket collection & class entry is
5 minutes from start time• No ticket = no entry, One ticket per class per person• Retain your ticket until collected by instructor• Inform instructor of any injuries prior to class starting• Bring a towel and water bottle to each class• Please stay until the end of the class• Return equipment to its appropriate location• Ticket collection commences 90 minutes prior to
classes starting.
