Autumn Issue
Welcome from Rachael
Regardless of the fantastic weather that we’ve had over the last few days, autumn is here with us. It’s the start of busy time, clipping the ponies & horses, and making sure their rugs are all ready.
This follows a busy summer with our calendar of events. Its always lovely to have the chance to meet my customers and liveries on a social occasion such as the Hog Roast night.
That was a lovely evening and thank you for your sup-port for the event. I would also like to say a BIG thank
you for all of the busi-nesses and individuals who donated the prizes for the raffle.
We were able to raise for Notts and Lincs Air Ambu-lance charity £340.00, which is a fantastic amount.
We then had a brilliant day at the Warren Open Show at the end of summer, with some of our older helpers taking the riding school ponies.

How did you get into horses?
I’ve been working at Woodside for about 15 years now. This was before Rachael took the business over.
Favourite horse of all time? Lisa — she was a genuine honest pony, who looked after all the riding school customers. This made her a favorite with everyone.
Favourite Drink? I love a nice cup of tea.
Favourite part of the job? Being out in the fresh air.
What are your hobbies when your not at Woodside?: My hobby is my Harley Davidson.
