THREE SIMPLE WAYS TO INITIATE, TRACK AND MANAGE YOUR OUTSOURCED WORKFREE Autotask-to-Autotask ticket sharing Freely exchange tickets directly with the thousands of IT solution providers who currently use Autotask. For non-Autotask users, a small transaction fee is added when the ticket is accepted, which you can pass along as a cost of the work order.

Ticket-to-Service Network work orders Autotask’s Outsource Management Module includes direct links to both Ingram Micro’®s IMOnsite and OnForceSM service networks. And, it can be easily configured to support virtually any service hub by automatically converting your service tickets into properly formatted work orders that can be accepted by those networks. You can even configure the system to send Autotask tickets directly into other proprietary service desk systems.

Autotask Subcontractor Portal Send personal invitations to subcontractors and other partners to join your private outsource network. Once they accept, they can work on and update any tickets you assign to them through our secure Subcontractor Portal. Once accepted, they can update the status, perform the work, log time and enter notes – and your Autotask system is updated instantly.
