BASE Engineering, a world leader in developing industrial technology has introduced an automatic leak detection emergency stop system (E-Stop system) for LPG industry. This automatic leak detection and E-Stop system is basically used for Anhydrous Ammonia and Butane bulk transports.
The system consist a trailer mounted unit devices which is capable of detecting any off-loading process or broken and damage hose pipes. It is a US and Canadian DOT regulation compatible system which is popularly used for passive shut down requirement.
As mentioned earlier this unique emergency stop system is basically controls the system breakage, leak in pipe fittings, hoses related to ammonia and butane transports. It is a DCE certified device that continually looks for an off-loading process in regard to the rapid change in discharge pressure.
When a leakage is found, the automatic leak detector monitors is instantly and closes all internal pipe and valves with fraction of second.
The Remote Controlled Leak Detection System run by industrial remote control technology also consists of a system TEST button that allows you to determine unit’s readiness. The operator can install this E-Stop system easily as it needs no calibration as well as adjustment.
The operator can activate the e-stop system just by opening the internal valve as well as the pipe guard. Apart from that, the LDS passive system also include multi-pipe and multi-sensor, automatic engine and PTO stop device.
The Passive LDS E-Stop system is presently available in 3 different models including Model-LDS 60, Model-LDS 100, and Model-LDS 200AQRF.
