It's an important technological innovation patented in Italy and European union, which allows therealization of automatic cycles of facing and boring.Thanks to its passing through drill, it can be easily positioned according to need on machines spindles orboring bars .The machine is equipped with manual and automatic continuous transversal advancement at variousspeeds with or without autoreverse, performs the work cycle only by the mechanical contrast without anyother interface, and the autoreverse type doesn't need feed reverse.The mechanical assembly has been innovated in respect to previous types.

• Its kinematic chain is protected against accident and overload by an emergency clutch system.• The automatic advancement device of the tool holder slide is obtained thanks to a differential which causes the motion. Model with single speed 0.05mm/rev. Model with double speed 0,05÷0,1 mm/rev.

The real advantages in respect to the actually existing machines are :• The head is entirely drilled and characterized with a reduced overall dimension.• The heads actually in the market work cantilevered and the kinematic feeding the slide occupies the central space of the main body. But our product has the advantage of being entirely drilled and the kinematic chain feeding the slide occupies the annular space around the bar.• It is easily positioned according to need on machine spindle or boring bar.• It can be placed fixed on an axis if this axis rotate and advance.• It can slide on the axis of a boring bar through the connection shuttle.• The machine spindle or the boring bar could operate cantilevered or supported.
