• The Labor History Inquiry addresses timecard questions that arise during labor disputes by displaying who took action on a timecard, and when this action was taken.

• Reasons why an employee will need to have access in multiple databases. ATAAPS certifier responsible for approving employee timecards in a

database outside their home database. Application Administrator for a database outside their home

database.

• Employee set up in multiple databases. Non Pay Team and the Non Pay Roster Employee Type Code

• Removing access to multiple databases when access is no longer

needed.

Disable Veteran Leave


• Disabled Veteran Leave (DVL) is a new category of leave that’s been available since November 5, 2016. Newly hired employees with an effective date of 11/05/16 and after are eligible for DVL. The term “hired” means:

• Newly appointed with no previous Federal Service; or Reappointed after at least a 90-day break in service; or Military reservist or members of the National Guard who return to duty in their

civilian positions after a period of military service during which the individual was in continuous civilian leave status.

Charge Time to an Injury Number

• Click the InsertRow button.

• Select the Job Order.

• Select the Type Hour to be used for charging against the injury number.

• Enter the amount of time to be charged against the injury number and

adjust any other time (if applicable).

• Click the Save button. The message “Injury Number is required” displays.
