This accredited qualification will provide Learners with the skills, knowledge and understand-ing of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and how to confidently use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). It is recommended as training for first aiders in the workplace environment who have access to a defibrillator.

Course Duration: The minimum contact hours of this qualification, excluding breaks, should be for a minimum period of 4 hours with one of our professional trainers.

Maximum number of trainees:It is recommended that the qualifica-tion should operate on a ratio of (a maximum of) 12 learners to 1 tutor.

Certification:All successful students will be issued with a CPR and AED Certificate. This Level 2 Award in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automated External Defibrillator QCF qualification is valid for a period of 3 years, at which point learners will need to re-sit the course.Please note – The recommendation is that learners refresh their knowledge annually.We can also do taster sessions ranging from 2 – 4 Hours if preferred.

Our Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work is designed to train candidates in both theoretical and practical aspects of First Aid to the standards required by the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations) 1981. It will provide you with the knowledge, understanding and skills required to deal with a range of illnesses and injuries requiring first aid in the workplace

Our experienced trainers will take you and your colleagues through the awarding body assessment criteria, so you can be safe in the knowledge that your business will meet the legal requirements for first aid training.

The Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work is designed for large or high risk working environments. We will also tailor it to be relevant to your specific work place so that you get the best training for your needs.

The Course duration:3 FULL DAYS (MINIMUM OF 18 HOURS OF TEACHING – EXCLUDING BREAKS AND EXTRA PRACTICE). Please note – HSE recommends that all trainees take yearly refresher courses to update their knowledge and assist in retention of skills.
