  • GENERAL INSTRUCTIONSPRELIMINARIES

    1. Fill in the boxes intended for School ID, School Year, Month, Name of School, Grade and Section 2. At the page bottom, type your name as class adviser and the name of the principal. Optional for the names of district supervisor,

    division representative and the schools division superintendent. Skip to steps in Hiding Unnecessary Rows if other row is not applicable.3. Download SF2 excel file (not the PDF) from the LIS website after online encoding of data. 4. Copy the names of the learners from the downloaded SF2 excel file and paste it to this AutoCompute SF2 Template boxes for names.

    After copy-paste, highlight the names and adjust the font size to 12.Manual typing of the names is also allowed if copy-paste method is more difficult.

    5. Set the date by clicking the arrow and selecting the exact date from the drop-down list. If HOLIDAY, just select "H" instead of date.6.

    CHECKING OF DAILY ATTENDANCE1. First Entry - click the arrow and select "E" to indicate the first day of Entry for the month of June. All boxes before "E" will be marked "X".2. "D/O's" and "T/O's" will be subtracted from the list and count of learners of the succeeding reporting month. For the "D/O", state the reasonand refer to the legend at the bottom of the form. For "T/O", write the school name where he/she transferred to. All boxes after "D/O" or"T/O' will be marked "X" until the end of the current month.

    2. Transferred In - click the arrow and select "T/I" to recognize the LEARNERS who transferred in and note the school name where they came from.

    HIDING UNNESSARY ROWS1. To hide the unnecessary row, move the cursor to any unprotected cell you want to hide, right-click the opposite row number and click "Hide".

    Action is very important to temporarily remove the blank rows that are not applicable.

    FILLING IN THE SUMMARY TABLE 1. Type the data on enrolment as of first Friday of June (constant until EoSY), registered learners as of end of the month (including "T/I's" and

    excluding "D/O's" and "T/O's"). If no late enrollees after first Friday, just set the value to "0". Percentage of Enrolment, Average Daily Attendance, and Percentage of Attendance will be autcomputed after giving all needed data.

    PRINTING THE FILE1. Click the sheet name of the report you want to print and do the steps in printing. The page is set to "Legal Size" and margins are set
