What is Diabetes
Type 1 diabetes is a lifelong disease that occurs when the pancreas does not produce enough insulin to properly control blood sugar levels.
Cause for Type 1 DiabetesThe body's own resistant system attacks and
destroys beta cells in the pancreas that are dependable for creating the hormone insulin.
What is Type 1 Diabetes?
Type 2 diabetes previously called non-insulin-dependent diabetes is a muddle that is characterized by high blood glucose in the context of insulin resistance and relative insulin deficiency.
Cause for Type 2 DiabetesType 2 diabetes occurs when the pancreas doesn't make
sufficient insulin or the cells of the body become resistant to insulin.
What is Type 2 Diabetes
When blood glucose drops below normal levels then it leads to occurrence of Hypoglycemia, also called low blood glucose or low blood sugar.
What is Hypoglycemia?
Symptoms of Hypoglycemia
If you sugar level is 70 or lower than that , the treatment need to be taken are:½ a glass of juice¼ glass of soft drink2 or more glucose tablets if necessary
How should you treat low blood sugars?
Hyperglycemia, or high blood sugar is a circumstance in which an large amount of glucose circulates in the blood plasma.
What is Hyperglycemia?
Symptoms of Hyperglycemia
If your sugar is above 240 you should do the followings:Drink lots of sugar-free fluids like water or diet drinksEat the right food and the right amountsCheck your blood sugars more oftenCheck keytones if over 240Call doctor or nurse if you have a positive keytones
