For over 22 years, Aussie has worked hard to build the leading brand in the mortgage broking industry and the main reason for that has been our people. We’ve come a long way since 1992, starting out by selling our own home loans, then moving into new products such as personal loans and then in 2002 listening to what our customers wanted and becoming a mortgage broker. This has seen our sales force go from strength to strength and I am proud to say we still have people with us from those early days. As an Aussie franchisee, owning and operating your own Aussie store, you will receive plenty of support to give you every opportunity to build a successful,rewarding business that can grow into a valuable and saleable asset.

Our state of the art Toolbox system provides the platform for you to provide fast and accurate information to your customers and build functional CRMs to ensure your on-going service is just as good as your initial service.
Product search
There are hundreds of different loans available for the Australian consumer, all with different interest rates, fees and features. Aussie’s exclusive loan comparison tool allows our franchisees to search through the maze of loans from our panel of leading lenders and provide the products that best suits the customer in a matter of minutes. Even better, our Toolbox system is updated daily with any product, rate, fee and feature changes so you can feel confident your customer is getting the very latest and up to date information.
Electronic Lodgement
Aussie works closely with our panel lenders to ensure you can lodge electronic applications for your customers immediately, whilst still in their home or in your store.. Online applications reduce paperwork and speed up applications which is absolutely essential in the current market place.
Real time loan status updates / pipeline management
Our Toolbox system works in conjunction with our lenders and allows them to send real time loan status updates so that you can keep you customer constantly informed about their loan application

So what is Aussie Retail?Aussie Retail refers to our franchisees operating an Aussie Store. Ideally, our stores are located in shopping strips or shopping centres,with good frontageand signage exposureand located near goodfoot traffic generatorsand related businessessuch as real estateagents, solicitors, banks and accountants.
What opportunities are available?
Aussie has vacant territories available as well as some stores for sale. You will need to have a further discussion with the relevant State Manager to determine what these are and whether you wish to investigate further.
Franchise territories
Each of our Retail Franchisees has a defined referral territory. These territories . are based on dwellings to ensure an even distribution amongst regions and states and to ensure that all of our Retail Franchisees have an even opportunity for success.
Retail Stores
The Aussie retail team will work with successful franchise applicants to secure premium retail sites that offer excellent exposure and have adequate size for future growth. A site that has a great location and superior signage provides greater opportunity for walk in leads and a high level of customer awareness of your store.

Whilst experience in the mortgage industry is an advantage, our experience indicates that it is not essential in becoming a successful retail franchisee.
