Hello to all our lovely clients this month. Well one more month and winter will be

over. Thankfully! I for one am ready for a little bit more warmth. More important is

the fact that with the warmer weather we need to start preparing our skin for the

change in weather. Winter leaves all our skin dry and at times scaly and rough. If you

don’t get rid of this build-up of dry skin cells your skin won’t easily absorb the moist-

urizers we tend to put on it during the warmer weather, including your sun creams.

So if you want to know what to do about it get along to the salon for some of our

wonderful end of winter treatments and get your skin summer ready.

We are getting close to our launch for Storm Beauty Products ladies and we are look-

ing for a bit of feedback. All our ladies who have had a ritual facial over the last few

Salon Etiquette and Booking Requirements

Charmed Hair & Beauty- Helping You - to receive

the absolute most from your treatment we ask that:

-24 hours notice is given for cancellation of an appointment

(otherwise a late cancellation fee of 50% of the original ser-

vice booked will be charged)

-that you try and come a few minutes early for your ap-

pointment to enjoy a frothy cappuccino and relax and “set

the mood” to gain maximum benefit

- avoid being late as your treatment time will be reduced in

consideration of the next appointment, with full charges

- turn off all mobile phones prior to entering rooms, and

have consideration that this is a quiet zone

Additionally we will:

- reduce your treatment cost by 50% if we need to cancel

your appointment with less than 24 hours notice (due to

staff illness, etc.)

- send a SMS reminder to your mobile phone or give you a

call a few days prior to your appointment.

Booking an appointment?

Please note that a credit card is required to secure appoint-

ments from July 1st. No card? You will be required to pay

a deposit to secure your appointment 24 hours prior to

booking date. Group bookings will require deposit 48 hours

prior to booking and up to 4 days for bookings of more than

2 or more than 2 hours. Weddings will require 1month no-

Did you know that your skin is the

What should people do for their skin with the cooler weather...

Restoring the surface of
