A Silver-Gold Discovery Story Mountain Boy plans to drill a silver-gold project where compelling evidence points to the potential of a large-scale deposit. A highly qualified geological team spent two years working on the project after compiling a wealth of historic information. This recently consolidated property includes an exceptionally rich historic silver mine where earlier drilling hit 5200 g/t silver over 5 meters. The planned drill program will follow up on that bonanza hole; it will test the extension of the veins onto newly acquired property; and it will test a new discovery – where samples include 1200 g/t silver and 28 g/t gold.

Four strategically located projects in British Columbia’s prolific Golden Triangle

The Golden Triangle is one of the most richly mineralized areas on the planet, hosting large deposits of gold, silver and copper.

British Columbia is politically stable & a proven mining jurisdiction. Established infrastructure: Road, deep-water port & power. Two mines currently operating in the Golden Triangle - another on

American Creek Potential for gold-silver deposits similar in scale to the adjacent Premier Camp.

Opportunity generated by consolidation of large land package incorporating numerous historic showings and crown grants.

Recognizing the package as one large geological system.

Geological model suggests strong similarities to the Premier Camp.

6

American Creek offers MTB shareholder a Premier opportunity

PREMIER OPPORTUNITY

Ascot is focused on re-starting the past- producing Premier Gold Mine north of Stewart:

• Historical production (1918 -1996) at Premier - 2 million oz gold and 45 million oz silver.

• Current proven and probable reserves: 6.2 Mt @ 5.9 g/t gold and 19.7 g/t silver with exploration upside.*

• Road access + historic mining infrastructure (processing facility, hydro-power plant, tailings facility) = lower initial capital cost and fast-track to production.

• The Premier mineral deposits are intermediate sulfidation epithermal gold-silver systems with subsidiary base metals (the same as American Creek).

MTB’s American Creek Project is within 6.4 kilometres of the Premier mill and

3.4 kilometres from the Big Missouri deposit MTB property

The geological model holds that the various mineralized occurrences are surface expressions of a larger geological system with multiple phases of mineralization

AMERICAN CREEK CAMP Two styles of mineralization identified:

1. Jurassic epithermal mineralization - confirmed Early Jurassic intrusion at American Creek (analogous to the Premier Porphyry) as well as geochron data from MB Silver showing dates that cluster with dates from the Premier and Big Missouri deposits

2. Structurally controlled gold-silver mineralization interpreted to be related to Paleocene (younger) dyke swarms

Evidence of high-grade potential: • Historic high-grade mineralization from the MB Silver mine and

2006 drill results (5.2 kg/t silver over 5 meters). • Drill results on the adjacent property include 43 g/t gold over 7

metres. (*)

• Wolfmoon discovery (samples with 1200 g/t silver and 28 g/t gold).

Evidence of size potential: • Epithermal system mapped > 2 kilometres to the north of MB silver

- wide open along strike and at depth • Wolfmoon Zone, 2.5 km southwest of MB silver:

- zone mapped over 450 meters, open along strike and depth.

BA: SILVER RICH VHMS TARGET The Barbara zone: results of 178 drill holes confirm

the presence of an extensive VHMS silver-lead-zinc deposit.

Drill results from the Barbara zone include 3.05m of 1,215 g/t silver (DDH BA-2007-01).

Prospective horizon occurs throughout the property with at least 9 zones remaining to be tested.

Other occurrences include George Copper where historic work by a major outlined mineralization grading 2% copper.

19

Mineralization is interpreted to occur within the same aged horizon that hosts the Eskay Creek deposit.

TSX-V: MTB

SURPRISE CREEK: ENORMOUS EXPLORATION POTENTIAL An extensive mineralized district hosting multiple VHMS occurrences has been outlined by years of work, including 2 years by the current MTB geological team.

VHMS DEPOSITS CAN BE HIGH-GRADE AND OFTEN OCCUR IN CLUSTERS, MAKING THE SURPRISE CREEK TARGET HIGHLY PROSPECTIVE

20

Ataman Zone hosts a barite rich, polymetallic and precious metal VHMS prospect.

Project is road accessible, just north of Hwy 37A.

Drill targets defined for the Ataman Zone: - Drill permit in place.

SOUTHMORE Receding glaciers have opened up large areas

that have never been explored.

Last recorded exploration, in 1990, produced samples that assayed up to 13.58% copper* with encouraging values of lead, zinc, gold and silver (*BC Assessment Report 21008).

The property has potential for precious metal veins, skarn and VHMS-style mineralization.

Near infrastructure: - High voltage powerline along Hwy 37. - The completed portion of the Galore Creek access road is within 10 km of MTB claims

Initial MTB field work confirmed the historic showings and identified new zones of interest, including a large zone of intense hydrothermal alteration.

Samples with multi-gram gold and strong base metal assays demonstrate mineralization over an extensive area.
