Marriage Weekend

As many of you know, last fall the Women of Christ Church kicked off a partnership with Sow Hope (www.SowHope.org) to build a birthing center for the impoverished women of Kabusara, Uganda. We are so excited to announce that Isaac Digobe, who is heading up that project, will be visiting CCGF on Sunday, August 2! He would love to share the progress of the project with the generous folks at CCGF who are helping to make that Birthing Center a soon-to-be-reality! Isaac's wife Speranza will also be here, and they are both excited to share about how the microfinancing enterprises they have been overseeing are creating a ripple effect of positive change for their community! Pastoral Life Assistant Christ Church is currently seeking a part-time (20 hr.) assistant to support the Pastoral Life department with various ministry and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is required to have a high school diploma or the equivalent and an adequate biblical education. Would you be willing to keep in touch with a student by writing them a note once a month or so during the 2015-16 school year? We are also in need of mentors or helpers for the fall semester groups. GriefShare Facilitator GriefShare is a friendly, caring support group for people grieving the loss of a loved one. Facilitators are needed to walk alongside the individuals in the group.
