6. Is the All-Inclusive Package combinable with other offers?

• Yes, it is combinable with many offers including the upcoming DASH and Bonus Days Promos, but it is not combinable with deeply reduced rates such as net rates, back to back sailings, travel agent reduced rates, etc. Consult the terms & conditions on norwegiancentral.com for specifics.

7. Does everyone in the stateroom have to buy the All-Inclusive Package?

• Yes. Everyone 21 years of age at sailing, and older, must purchase the package. The minimum age will increase to 25 during all Spring Break sailings, March 1-April 15, 2015.

8. What if someone in the stateroom is underage?

• Anyone under 21 years of age sailing in the same stateroom would be exempt from buying the package.

9. How do I book this online?

• Via norwegiancentral.com, access bookncl.com from the category screen click on the hyperlink in the current promo field. Select the 'ALLIN' promo and apply promotion. The rate you will see is the cruise rate including the 10% discount plus the package price.

• Via any of the GDS simply click on the promotion code "ALLIN". The rate you will see is the cruise rate minus the 10% discount plus the package price.

10. Does this offer apply to groups?

• Yes. As 'FIT to include', which means it must be booked as FIT and then moved into a pre-existing group.

11. Does this offer apply to all stateroom categories?

• Yes. The offer applies to all categories which makes it particularly valuable, because it includes a 10% discount off the full cruise fare. This gives you a built-in upsell opportunity–the higher the stateroom category, the greater the cruise savings.

12. Can package elements be substituted or refunded?

• No. The All-Inclusive Package is the package. The included prepaid service charges may not be reversed onboard. Nor may any package elements be substituted for any other shipboard offering or purchase.

13. My clients are already booked and want the All-Inclusive Package. Can I add it?

• No. The offer is for new bookings only, so the clients would need to cancel and rebook the cruise to include the package.

14. Why is Pride of America excluded?

• The State of Hawai'i has very strict liquor laws, thus this program is exempt.

15. Do you have any marketing materials to help me promote the All-Inclusive Package?
