TRANSCRIPT
The AP Chinese Language and Culture course is designed to be comparable to fourth semester (or the equivalent) college/university courses in Mandarin Chinese. The course deepens students’ immersion into the language and culture of the Chinese-speaking world.
To further students’ develop their language skills. Listening, speaking, reading, writing and typing are the five elements that help achieve their Chinese proficiency. The five goal areas as out lined in the Standards for Foreign Language Learning in the 21st Century. 1. Communication 2. Culture 3. Connections 4. Comparisons 5. Communities.
