Admin configuration for schoolsThis document explains how to make changes in your admin console in order to scan emails using Auditor by Securly. We will be configuring anadditional route for the selected OU Users. This will cause copy of emails being sent or received by the students in that OU to be delivered toSecurly's monitoring servers. The content of these mails will then be scanned by the Auditor servers for Sentiment Analysis. Once you have thesesettings in place, you will be able to see the alerts on the Auditor Dashboard after logging in.
Login to your Admin console
Go to Apps > Google Apps > Settings for Gmail

Scroll down and click on "Advance Settings"Click on the "Hosts" Tab
Click on the "ADD ROUTE" Button to add a new mail route

Provide a name to the setting, e.g. Auditor and add email server as " ". Specify port number as "25".usw-smtp.auditor.securly.comMake sure that you un-check "Require TLS Delivery" option and check "Perform MX Lookup on host" option
Click on "Save" to save the newly create mail route.

Go back to the "General Settings" tabSelect the OU for which you want to monitor the emails from the left. In this case we are doing it for the "TestAuditor" OU.
Scroll down to the bottom to select "Routing Options" and click on "CONFIGURE".Select the options as shown below:
Scroll down and select "Add more recipients" under "Also deliver to" option.

Click on "Add" and then "Advanced". Click on "Change Route" under "Route" option.
You need to select the Routing profile that you created in step 5 above instead of "Normal Route"Also, un-check "Do not Deliver spam to this recipient" option and check "Remove attachments from message". Click on "SAVE" to savethe new Recipient.

Next, click on "ADD SETTING" to save the newly created route setting for the OU.
Finally, click on "SAVE" to save the settings for the OU.
Repeat steps 9 to 16 for all the OU's that you want to be monitored by Auditor.
