511 Spectre Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 by Ghost Horse Vineyard Unique, Rare, Highly Collectible: the winemaker makes only 1 barrel of this wine each year. Each extraordinary bottle of wine from Ghost Horse Vineyard is a one-of-a-kind piece of art ~ hand-etched and numbered. Winemaker Todd Anderson (whose cell phone is etched on the bottle) has been making world-renowned wines in Napa Valley for more than 3 decades. His Ghost Horse Wines, first made in 2000, are his crowning achievement – extremely small lots, completely hand-crafted and matching all of his considerable wine making talents and skills to whatever Mother Nature throws at him each growing season. 2008 Spectre has very good fruit concentration and integration of oak and tannin. Napa Valley Life magazine calls Ghost Horse wines “a not-so-secretive secret in the wine world, where they have taken on an almost mythical status. Few had heard of Ghost Horse wines, and fewer have sampled them, until wine guru Robert Parker mentioned it in one of his columns a few years ago. . . .
