1. Please take a seat during the auction so the spotters and auctioneer can see the bidders.

2. The auction will move quickly, so review the items that interest you prior to the auction and bid decisively.

3. If you are bidding please participate loud and clear.

4. If you are the successful bidder, please let auctioneer see your bid number.

Please take your bid number to the register after bidding; you will receive a receipt

Rules for the Silent Auction1. Bids are to be in $5 increments.

2. No Item Guarding.

3. The Silent Auction items will be pulled by SCWA staff or committee members.

4. Please use only your bid number not your name.

3. 5 Day Whitetail Hunt for 2018 Season with Limestone Creek OutfittersThe hunt can be with the weapon of the winning bidder’s choice and the days of their choosing. The archery season opens on October 1st and runs through the first week of January. Firearms season typically opens around the 15th of November and runs for 15 days followed by Muzzleloader season for two weeks in December.  The firearms dates are set by the IDNR by February each year.The hunt will be on private ground consisting of row crops, hardwood timber, and food plots. We have managed our ground for over ten years to produce trophy quality deer.Our area consistently produces quality bucks in the 140-180 range with several larger than that. Indiana is known as one of the sleeper states of the Midwest, however our secret is out as more Boone and Crockett bucks are harvested each year.There are several hotels located within 15 minutes of our farms as well as many different restaurants and stores to provide anything a person would need while on the hunt.All hunting licenses for Indiana can be purchased online or at several area I will also offer a discounted rate if the winning bidder wishes to bring a hunting partner with them on the trip.There are no trophy fees or penalties for any deer harvested. I firmly believe that a trophy can be many different things and each hunter has their own goals in mind.All stands, transportation, and game retrieval will be provided.My goal is to provide a safe, quality hunting experience with the hunters having the opportunity to harvest a mature animal in a very low pressure environment.

SCWA/Black Dog Hunt Club Property Duck Hunt - 3 People, 1 Day Nov. 25th, 2017Three of you will enjoy a guided duck hunt on the 195 acre SCWA managed duck impoundment adjacent to the SCWA Wildlife Education Center. This is the largest duck pond in the area and is planted with corn, chufa and jap millet. In addition, 2,000 mallards are released annually on the property. You will arrive in the afternoon before your hunt and enjoy a cocktail while watching the evening duck flight. Then enjoy an oyster roast and dinner followed by the evening hunt talk. Bunk house lodging included. The next morning you will enjoy a guided duck hunt followed by breakfast. Your ducks will be cleaned and packaged for the ride home. This does not include $100 tip for guide who will provide guide services, decoys and bird cleaning. (Retail Value $1,800) This trip is good for November 25th, 2017, Only.
