美国⾼校驻华联盟AUCA，是由海外⾼校驻华代表组成的职业联盟组织，

最先由三位驻华⼯作的美国⾼校代表

于2014年发起组织，成员为⻓期驻扎中国的海外⼤学⼯作⼈员。该联盟旨

在促进国际⾼等教育领域的教育、学

术、⽂化等⽅⾯的交流与合作，

AUCA提倡成员之间的互动、合作与对话，并以此推动该领域的专业知识

的研究与创造。我们致⼒于通过国际

教育合作倡导实现⼀个更美好的世界。

AUCA设⽴指导委员会作为管理主体，下设四个⼯作委员会：学⽣就业指导委

员会、招⽣委员会、校友发展委员会和

学术合作委员会。联盟每年举办两次会

员会议，探讨国际教育领域各种焦点和

趋势议题；同时每年举办海归招聘会、

职业发展论坛、美国⼤学招⽣展和校友

沙⻰等活动。

关于我们

The American Universities’ China Association (AUCA) is an association of

professionals representing international higher education institutions  in China.

Founded in 2014 by three American university representatives, AUCA members

are professionals working for international higher education institutions in

China.

The association is dedicated to promoting educational, academic, and cultural

exchanges and partnerships between international higher education

institutions and Chinese universities. AUCA encourages networking among

professionals, convenes conferences and collaborative dialogues, and promotes

research and knowledge creation to strengthen and serve the field. We lead the

way in advocating for a better world through international education.

 

The governing body is composed of the AUCA Steering Committee, with four

working committees underneath it: Student Career Services Committee, Alumni

Engagement Committee, Student Recruitment Committee, and Academic

Partnership Committee. AUCA hosts two conferences every year for its

members to discuss focuses and trends in international education. Meanwhile,

AUCA members also jointly organize career fairs, career development forums,

recruitment fairs and alumni saloons every year.

AUCA留美精英招聘会⾯向美国顶尖⾼校海归⼈才，是⼀项⾼质量的职业发展活动。2016年以来，AUCA已在全国成功举办了29场⼤型招聘会及职业发展论坛，吸引了超过450家企业雇主，累计400所海外⾼校的20,000多名海归留学⽣参加。

 AUCA招聘会和职业发展论坛为⾼校驻华代表，海归留学⽣和校友，以及国内雇主了提供了⼀个职业发展交流平台，帮助他们了解中国就业市场，接触优质的企

业雇主资源，提升美国⾼校在中国的认可度，以更有效地为海归⼈才对接国内优

质的实习与全职机会。

 在过去的三年⾥，AUCA招聘会备受海归⼈才和企业雇主的欢迎。伴随着更强的社会影响⼒，AUCA致⼒于为海归⼈才带来更多职业发展的机会，并进⼀步深化美国⾼校与中国企业的合作关系。 AUCA于每年7⽉在北京、上海、深圳举办夏季招聘会，于每年1⽉在上海举办冬季招聘会。

AUCA留美精英招聘会

AUCA Career Fairs are high-quality career events for oversea talents from top

U.S. universities. Since 2016, AUCA has organized over 29 big career fairs and

career seminars all over China, attracting more than 450 employers, 20,000+

oversea returnees from over 400 oversea universities cumulatively.

 

AUCA career event provides a platform for university representatives, returnee

students and alumni, and employers in China. It helps the university and

students to learn more about China’s employment market and connect them

with leading employers in China. It also promotes the branding and recognition

of the university among employers in China, and effectively bridges oversea

students with high-quality internships and full-time jobs.

 

In the past 3 years, the popularity of AUCA Career Fairs among oversea returnees

and employers has increased tremendously. With the growing social impact,

AUCA aims to bring more career opportunities for returnees and deepen the

collaboration relations between oversea universities and employers in China.

Summer Career Fairs are held every July in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen.

Winter Career Fair is held every January in Shanghai.

The first AUCA Graduate Recruitment Fair was successfully held in

Shanghai on September 28, 2019. The fair attracted participation of

17 American universities, directly delivering official information

about universities and graduate programs to over 100 prospective

students.

In Spring 2020, AUCA recruitment committee initiated online

webinars for undergraduate and graduate program recruitment. The

webinars have been participated by hundreds of Chinese students

and parents, as well as counselors from local high schools.

2019美国⾼校驻华官⽅代表研究⽣招⽣展，于9⽉28⽇⾸次在上海成功举办。来⾃17家⼤学与考试机构的官⽅代表参与了本次展会，为准备申请美国⾼校研究⽣项⽬的100多名学⽣们带来学校与研究⽣项⽬的官⽅资讯。 2020春季，AUCA开展了⼀系列针对本科招⽣和研究⽣项⽬招⽣的在线⽹络讲座，⽬前已有数百名学⽣和家⻓以及⾼中的升学指导⽼师报名并参

与，并以此建⽴了与学⽣、家⻓和升学指导⽼师直接交流的社群。

美国⾼校驻华联盟成员⼤会AUCA SEMI-ANNUAL CONFERENCE

AUCA于每年春季和秋季分别举办⼀次成员⼤会，⾃2015年⾸次举办以来，已成功举办9次会议。会议是成员们交流⼯作，分享信息和经验，和掌握国际⾼等教育领域最新动态的绝佳机会。

AUCA Conference is held semi-annually every spring and fall. Since

the first one in 2015, AUCA has successfully hosted 9 conferences up

to now. It is a great opportunity for members to communicate, share

experience, and exchange information, learning the latest trends of

international education industry.
