Method
90 Male & 90 Female students (youth of ages17-21) of MAJU having low score (below 50)
on self-esteem, were tested on Queendoms SET
(2003), DAS and their Educational Performance
was noted. Sample was divided into Therapy &
No Therapy Groups. Attitudinize Therapy was
conducted for 14 weeks (75 minute gp sessions
twice a week) only on Therapy group. In the end,
the whole sample was re-administered the tests,
to relate the effectiveness of the AttitudinizeTherapy with the Enhancement of SelfEsteem
and in turn reduction of Dysfunctional Attitudes
& enhancement of Educational Performance.

Reduction in Dysfunctional Attitudeswas 75% for Males & 63% for Females. Also
Educational Performance improved34% for Males & 32% for Females.The No Therapy group showed negligible
