The IDEA project website will stay after the end of the program under the same URL as during
project period: http://www.idea-cell-technologies.eu
The logo printed on all templates and publications during the project period was developed by a
graphic designer, coordinated with the partners and supported the recognition of the project.
Table templates, information sheets and other publications were thus able to advertise with the
recognition value.
The project leaflet (A5-format) was produced in order to provide interested parties with all
important information in a short form. Aims and structure of the project were clearly presented
and the important contacts were published. The project partners were thus able to inform about
IDEA in all contacts with interested public.

A folder (A4 format) was created to create a unified framework for events. At conferences and
workshops written documents were handed over to the participants in this folder.
For the closing event, a large poster was developed (A1 format) and displayed in the public space
as well as in various clinics and partner institutions. Leaflet and poster are free to download .

All materials have been made available to all project partners for their own use. The interested
public could also order it under the contact address. The IDEA project website served as a central
information tool for events and measures that were also accessible to the public.
The final event was held in close cooperation and with the support of the Berlin-Brandenburg
Center for Regenerative Therapies to inform the interested and the expert public about current
activities and project results.

IDEA Final Report Attachment 4
This official agenda gives an impression about the wide spread topics of the project and the presentations
during the international workshop. After each of the speeches there had been opportunity to ask
questions and to discuss the results in an open and constructive atmosphere.
BCRT director and spokesman Prof. Dr. Volk opened the conference with his view on the future
expectations and perspectives of regenerative medicine.
As host of the event he was very interested to get into conversation about his ideas and so the
subsequent discussion round became a stimulating opening.
The following speakers of various IDEA partners presented their view on the most interesting aspects of
the cooperative work they’ve realized during the past five years.
Prof. Paul Francis from King’s College London for example showed results of his cell research.

Prof. Ludwig Aigner from the Paracelsus Medical Universität Salzburg discussed about the topic Brain
Rejuvenation after his speech with the audience. IDEA-Coordinator Prof. Pison moderated the talks.
Dr. Maria Steinke, University Würzburg - Translational Center “Regenerative Therapies for cancer and
musculoskeletal diseases” talked about cell labelling with nanoparticles and the results of the tests that
led to all deliverables of working group no. 6
Prof. Piotr Religa discussed the results of his tests with cell labeling in the framework of the Work package
5 activities “perform cell transplantation in vivo”.
In the final panel discussion about “New Tools for Regenerative Medicine” the whole day’s inputs,
questions and contributions were brought together and the discussants draw conclusions and tried to
describe the way for future activities.

System to interested participants during the poster and information fair
in the lobby hall of the Berlin-Brandenburg Center for Regenerative Therapies.

IDEA speakers and partners met the participants of the conference during the
lunch break and the pause times having conversations about the various topics of the day.
Videos of the live broadcast will be available later on at the IDEA website. This enables a broader
interested audience and public to inform about the presentations of results in the next time. The
conclusions of the IDEA project will be presented in a publication that will be available in the second half
year 2017.
