SECURITY We understand just how valuable your data is to both you and your customers. That’s why we use AES 256 VPN access for all Internet Protocol Security tunnels to and from our ground sites. The ATLAS Freedom Platform employs Two Factor Authentication, File Encryption (when required), role-based access controls, private subnets, IP controls within CIS Critical Security Control standards. Consider your data safe and sound.

SIMPLICITY Our software automatically configures and manages the ground site hardware and software before each pass. There is no need for you to spend valuable time learning how to tweak each knob to get it just right – we already do that for you. We’re here to make your mission go as smoothly as possible.

SCHEDULER Our scheduler constantly monitors our network to predict load issues before they happen. Let us know how much flex time (if any) you can tolerate for each pass and we will match you with the best antenna and price point. Just want to use our scheduler? No wor-ries. HARDWARE ACCESSAre you going to need access to the hardware at a sight across the globe? No problem. We provide VPN tunneling with lockout periods to prevent conflict be-tween customers.

NOTIFICATIONSWe understand how important it is for you to keep tabs on your passes. The Freedom Platform can extend noti-fications to any customer for key events such as task sta-tus changes, data processing, and outages. Addition-ally, in the unlikely event an issue arises, all key ATLAS personnel are notified via text and email. This way we can keep your mission running as smooth as possible.

CHOOSE YOUR TIERDo you need the exact pass you request or a specific antenna? Choose Tier 1 service to ensure availability. Are you more flexible with where and when your pass is scheduled? Choose Tier 4 service to receive the best pricing

CHOOSE ADD-ONS Once a Tier is chosen, you can pick add-ons such as how your data is moved (Data Movers), archiving dura-tion, telemetry playback, proprietary data procession algorithms, and telemetry limit checking and trending.

DISCUSS CUSTOM INTEGRATIONSThe easiest way to perform custom post processing is to directly hook your AWS computers into the Free-dom notification system (SQS, SNS, Mobile, Email, REST). Looking for on-site custom hardware? ATLAS can help with that too.

ANTENNA INTEGRATION Don’t want to operate your own antenna? ATLAS can integrate your antenna into the Freedom Platform, give you exclusive access, and re-sell the remaining time to reduce your overall costs.

Once signed up we work with you to test your RF Feed against our reference architecture as quickly and painlessly as possible. Have an IQ data file? Freedom can push this through the modem after auto configuring the hardware in the chain for your account. The end result? A de-commutated data file pushed into AWS S3 or to your servers via Data Movers.

1. Confirm PassCheck the status of a requested pass via Freedom’s web app. Satellite ID, configuration parameters, time to pass execution, Data Mover setup, executing antenna, etc.

2. Connect to Freedom via Secure VPN Streaming telemetry or commanding during pass execution? Freedom allows access to the Ground Site via an AES 256 encrypted VPN tunnel. If you just want to wait for a Data Mover to push to your server - skip to step 5.

3. Connect to Modem at Site Once a VPN connection is established you can connect directly to the ground site modem command and telemetry ports. Need to specify the IP address and Port to send the data to? You can do that via our web application.

4. Establish Link with Satellite Confirm telemetry stream via connected C2 software as configured in Step 1.

5. Uplink / Downlink DataBegin command execution if required. During pass execution, your payload is always recorded and moved to an AWS S3 bucket owned by Freedom. If you have configured a Data Mover the file will immediately be pushed to the location specified by your configuration. Want Free-dom to manage archiving of the data? We can do that too.

6. DisconnectTermination of Modem connection will happen after pass execution. At your leisure, you may disconnect from the VPN. Once your pass is complete a contact report is generated providing you with information on contact actions, commands sent, data received, processed, forwarded and more.
