Our Fellows Have  Bachelors  (65%  with  postgraduate)  &  English  proficiency    

Represent  every  major  religion  and  5  conAnents  

Our  average  Fellow  is  a  29  year  old  woman  with  a  Masters  degree  and  5  years  experience.

Our Financial Model Host Organizations contribute 75% of our revenue through a cost share (approximately $30,000/year).

140 Fellows from 40 countries—75% are women.

100% of our alumni return home after the Fellowship to implement the effective practices learned.
