TEAS Information ALERT!

The ATI TEAS test for the nursing programs admission criteria has changed to a new

version. In order to apply for any future nursing programs, you must have the

newest TEAS test. The new version is called ATI TEAS (6TH EDITION). The old

version was called TEAS V.

Submission of a TEAS V report with a future nursing application will be

considered incomplete.

ATI TEAS (6TH EDITION) scheduling instructions:

You may choose to sign up to take the ATI TEAS (6TH EDITION) at the Riverland

Community College, Austin East Campus. Directions for signing up for the ATI TEAS (6TH

EDITION) test are as follows:

To Sign Up for an Account with ATI

Go to www.atitesting.com and click on “create account” (top right side of homepage)

Follow the instructions to create your account.

When you create a password and username make sure to write it down in a safe and

secure place so you can remember it. You will use this to login to your ATI account in

the future.

Do not forget what email you used to create this account. You will use your email

address to verify and retrieve your username and/or password if you should forget

them.

For institution:

o Practical Nursing Applicants choose “Riverland CC PN”

o Associate Degree Nursing (MANE) Applicants choose “Riverland CC ADN”

Follow the rest of the instructions to finish creating your account and proceed to next

step.

If you already have an account or you have just created an account, using your

username and password, simply login in on the homepage at www.atitesting.com

After you login, go to the ATI homepage and scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Go to the bottom right hand side of the page and select “Register for the TEAS test”

For Program Type, select “TEAS for Nursing Students”

For state, select “Minnesota”

For city, select “Austin”. If this location does not work for you, you can select another

one of these college sites:

Riverland Community College, Austin Anoka Ramsey Community College, Coon Rapids / Cambridge Century College, White Bear Lake

Inver Hills Community College, Inver Grove Heights Metropolitan State University, St. Paul Normandale Community College, Bloomington North Hennepin Community College, Brooklyn Park Ridgewater College, Hutchinson / Willmar

Continue to follow the directions to register for the ATI TEAS (6TH EDITION) test in the

location of your choice.

The price of the test may vary, but it will be around $80 plus tax. Price is subject

to change.

Check out and proceed to payment details.

You should receive confirmation via the email address you gave.

If you have difficulty signing up for the test at the Austin East Campus location, contact

the Student Success Center.

If the locations listed above, including Austin, do not work for you, you may choose to sign

up to take the ATI TEAS (6TH EDITION) at a PSI location.

Taking the ATI TEAS (6TH EDITION) Test at a PSI Location instructions:

Using your username and password, sign into your account.

Go to the ATI home page and scroll down to the bottom

On the right hand side select “Register for ATI TEAS (6TH EDITION) with PSI”

On the next page, select “PSI Test Site for ATI TEAS (6TH EDITION) Nursing”

This will cost you more because the testing fee will be higher.

There are many testing sites for this option including sites in Rochester, Mankato, the

Twin Cities and even in other states.

*Remember to include your ATI TEAS (6TH EDITION) score report with the

nursing application even if the testing center will be sending results to the

college*
