AtalanteRealistic walk for rehabilitation
Atalante
Atalante is our flagship exoskeleton, engineered to emulate
human, self-balanced walk, through 12 actuated degrees of
freedom and state-of-the-art dynamic walk algorithms.
Empowered by innovative robotic technology, therapists
can easily create specific rehabilitation programs for each
patient.
Every phase of treatment can be optimized, from early stage
verticalization and torso mobilization to overground walking
and task oriented exercices.
Combining adjustability and ease of use, Atalante promises
comprehensive rehabilitation programs for your patients.
Our goal:
assisting you through all stages of rehabilitation
Tailored to your rehabilitation needs
Task orientation
Atalante hands free, self balanced exo facilitates by design the practice
of skilled motor performance, mobilizing torso and upper limbs in
realistic tasks. It empowers the clinicians to provide task-oriented,
challenging, stimulating, non repetitive and close to ADL (Activities of
Daily Living) training programs speculated to promote neuroplasticity.
Early stage standing and overground walking
Tailored to meet rehabilitation needs, our hands free feature allows
upper limbs and torso mobilisation, along with almost effortless
early stage verticalization and overground walking, ensuring hence
coherent sensory feedbacks.
Dose maximisation
There is a strong consensus that the efficacy of gait training is
correlated to the dose of treatment: frequency, intensity and duration
of rehabilitation. Atalante robotic lower limb exo enables hundreds
of task specific repetitions with minimal effort from both patient and
therapist, in order to reach therapeutic threshold.
Adjustable settings
Assist-as-needed
Atalante’s adjustable assistance feature empowers the therapist to
personalize the therapy sessions in real time. This technique promises
to maximize patient effort and engagement by minimizing the level of
assistance provided by the exo as much as possible while still enabling
patients to achieve the desired motions.
Step length and step cadence
Atalante’s control platform Agui provides easily adjustable step length
and step cadence to fit every patient need. Personalize your therapy
sessions in real time while managing the patient’s effort and monitor
the progression through the rehabilitation program.
Offset
Atalante’s adjustable offset was engineered for the clinicians to adjust
the patient’s posture during walking, meeting hence each person’s
unique stance goals.
Short training & familiarization
Atalante was designed to minimize training time for both patient and
therapist.
For the clinician
Easy to use, the exoskeleton helps you optimize the rehabilitation
sessions, spending minimal medical time on setup and training.
• Easy < 3 minutes self donning and doffing
• One-handed adjustable strap attachment and tensioning
• Two sets of removable batteries that enable continuous use
For the patient
Atalante is self balanced, hands free with adjustable levels of assistance,
and requires minimal training time to use by patients.
90% SCI patients could stand and 100% could walk autonomously
at first use with what the patients described light to moderate exertion*.
