About the programmeAt-Your-Service-2 provides paid supported employment for those who are ready to take a step into the hospitality and catering industry or keen to gain customer service experience.

Placements start from 16 weeks and provide a mix of:• practical experience• accredited training • workshops • activities

All these are aimed at assisting individuals gain new skills and develop new confidence in becoming work ready.

Training and workshopsDuring your placement you’ll take part in a comprehensive training programme.

Some examples of training and workshops include:

• manual handling• health & safety• food safety• emergency first aid• employability skills• customer service skills• barista training
