Input from multiple sources goes here as providing the appropriate subject matter experts. The main collaboration items are:http://childlifetechnology.wikispaces.com/2.+Introduction “the cookbook” which is a recipe book style documentation site so that the child life specialists may quickly look up the two sentences of information they need out of the 400 pages they don’t wish to read. http://childlifetechnology.wikispaces.com/2020+Vision The 2020 Vision topics are designed to advise and guide child life teams in the integration of new technologies. A network of volunteers with professional experience in both technology and health care collaborate on projects so that we may provide diverse perspectives in analyzing and advancing the latest information. http://childlifetechnology.wikispaces.com/Helpful+Resources Helpful Resources section hosts resources for tech support as well as sites child life specialists may use in referring patients to suitable services, such as social media sites designed for children with particular afflictions, and resources for education, libraries, art and mobile technology applications.

Site maintained by through collaborative contributions from professionals in the field for the benefit of the child life and creative arts therapy community. The site if full of creative and practical ideas contributed by colleagues and technologists. www.childlifetech.serverdata.net/default.aspx Our project tracking and collaboration web site. Requires registration as the website provides project tracking and collaboration. The site enables child life teams, or other organizations, requiring our help to register their contact information and leave questions, concerns, and requests when prolonged engagements are in order. Account creation provides ability to securely retain information, documents, source video, prep books, etc. as part of their respective account while also providing clients and Child Life Technology volunteers the ability to pull from templates, etc. in providing projects a quick start. Most importantly, it’s ideal for collaboration and delivery across a geographically dispersed and transient workforce. All have instantaneous access to current status and all the bits of works in progress, now, a year from now, even if there is turnover.
