Pasta con cime di rapa 1 kg di farina 4 uova Acqua Un cucchiai odi strutto Minestra fresca di rape ( verdure) Sale Impastare la farina can 2 tuorli di uova e due uova fresche, lavorare la pasta allungarla, formare dei bastoncini dello spessore di un dito, ricavare dei bastoncini, tagliarli a pezzetti e tagliarli con le dita dando la forma di orecchiette. Lessare la minestra, scolarla e metterla in padella per friggerlas con lo strutto e salare. Cuocere le orecchiette e condirle con la minestra.

Pasta with turnip Ingredients 1 kg of flore 4 eggs Water 1 spoon of malted lard Fresh vegetable Salt Mix the flower youth and 2 entire eggs, work the dough, roll it and make some stick like a fingers, cut little pieces and scratch them by the fingers giving them the shape of a little ears ( rascatjelle). Boil the vegetable, strain it and put the melted lard and salt. Cook the “ rascatjelle” and dress them with the vegetable.
