Jeff has been with the Otter Creek team for four years, coming here from cooking and managing restaurants in the Addison County area. Jeff spent his formative years on the seacoast of New Hampshire shucking oysters, peeling shrimp and cracking lobsters before attending the New England Culinary Institute in Essex, Vermont earning a Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. From there Jeff headed out to Troutdale, Oregan working with the McMenamins Hotel group for a year before returning to the East Coast and working for Restaurant Associates out of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, Massachusetts. Later Jeff Returned to Vermont where he fell in love, started a family and got a dog, all while working at the Black Sheep Bistro in Vergennes and opening his own restaurant in Middlebury that he ran until he came onboard here at the Residence at Otter Creek. We are pleased to announce that Jeff Trump former Sous Chef here at the

Residence at Otter Creek has been promoted to the Director position

overseeing Restaurant Operations! Jeff has been with the Otter Creek team
