The use of ultra-modern tactileand optical 3-coordinate measur-ing machines enables us tomeasure workpieces withvolumes of up to 700 x 1000 x660 mm with a precision of up to1.5 + 3*L/1000 µm.

We also provide our customerswith specialized fitting, alignment,balancing, and bonding pro-cesses, following ECSS stan-dards (European Cooperation forSpace Standardization). Ourqualified staff has individual ESA-Qualifications for bonding, solder-ing, crimping, and soldering andcrimping inspections.

We offer development and designservices from concept through tocomplete production documents.Our engineers use state-of-the-art tools within the designprocess and for FEM and thermalcalculations. Experience, materi-als expertise and direct access toproduction guarantee functional,marketable solutions.

We have comprehensive experi-ence in processing special mate-rials such as titanium base alloys,stainless steel, Inconel, Invar,Kovar, structural materials (CFRP,GFRP) and plastics (PEEK,Torlon).

We also have the right facilitiesfor conducting production andassembly activities with a lowlevel of contamination underclean room conditions(ISO class 8).

We use modern machinery tomanufacture unique models andseries of products with the great-est precision and the shortestprocessing times. State-of-the-artproduction centres with a stabledesign (Gantry) enable us tomanufacture high-precision com-ponents.

The average machine age is lessthan 3.5 years. Direct measuringprocedures and the use ofshrink-fit chucks for clampingtools during the productionprocess guarantee the highestlevel of precision. In the CNC fieldwe consistently use a CAD/CAMsolution for everything from sim-ple 2½-axis machining processesto 5-axis machining centres. Wealso have the ability to manufac-ture free-form surfaces.
