1. Standard Rates

1.1 Accommodation Accommodation is provided in the form of 3-star rated rooms at the University of Pretoria’s High Performance Centre. Rooms include: - Single beds - Satellite Television - Bathroom facilities - Air-conditioning - Coffee and tea station Cost: R500 per person per night

1.2 Meals The players and coaches will enjoy 3 meals per day at the High Performance Centre’s Time Out Restaurant. Meals are monitored by nutrition specialists to ensure that the nutritional value of the food is of a high quality for high performance athletes. Food is served buffet style or from an a la carte menu. All dietary requirements are catered for. Cost: R 180 per person per day

1.3 Airport Transfers Transfers to and from OR Tambo International Airport and the High Performance Centre at the University of Pretoria. Cost: R330 per person

1.4 Service and Coaching Fee The UP Sports Campus boasts the best university sports facility in the country. Players and coaches will en-joy the use of 7 cricket ovals, 4 grass nets and 10 artificial nets during training. The coaching fee includes: - Qualified and experienced coaches - 2 x cricket sessions per day including: ~ Batting, bowling and fielding sessions ~ Video analysis ~ Fitness trainer/Sport Scientists ~ Cricket related discussions ~ Matches ~ World Class outdoor cricket facilities for training and matches Cost: R400 per person per day

2. Additional Services and Activities

2.1 Cricket South Africa Centre of Excellence

The Cricket South Africa Centre of Excellence is situated at the TuksCricket Oval.

This state of the art facility has:

- Air-conditioned indoor nets

- PitchVision technology

- ICC Accredited Biomechanical Analysis

- Boardroom and lecture room facilities

2.2 High Performance Support Services

- Sports Massages

- Physiotherapy

- Hydrotherapy

- Functional Movement Analysis

2.3 Social Activities

Pretoria is surrounded by a number of ―must see‖ and ―must experience‖ venues. These include, but

not limited to:

- Sun City (over night trip)

- Lion Park in Johannesburg (day trip)

- Pretoria and/or Johannesburg City Tour

- Gold Reef City (Amusement Park)

- Game viewing activities

3.4 Individual and Small Groups Focus: Players have the option to combine education and sport at the University of Pretoria. Senior and Junior players will benefit from a full time high performance cricket programme as well as full time studies.
