Though increase in production doubles after 30years, number of workers increase is assumed 10% because of technological advancement in production system.

For Mess, Hostels, Minimum Standard Housing, Hotels or Lodging House (Per bed), Gardening and Sprinkling, Car Washing, Educational Facilities, Institution for Children's Care, Normal Medical Facilities/ Small Hospitals, Big Hospitals (Over 100 beds), Emergency Medical Facilities, Nurses & Medical Quarters the water requirement value includes 25% hot water.

In the case of mosques, the water requirements given above shall be adequate for ablution and other uses of one devotee per prayer. The appropriate LPCD value may be calculated on this basis assuming duration of water use is 4hours.
