ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS1. A completed application form2. Official transcript of the previous university attended (2 copies)3. Two copies of Certificate of Bachelor's degree in Laws 4. Two recommen dation letters from the former lecturers and/or current employer.5. Citizen identification card and residence registration-For Thai applicants6. Passport (2 copies)-For Non-Thai applicants7. Six (1x1-inch size) photographs (formal attire, not in graduation gown)8. Resume9. Statement of Purpose to show your purpose of taking the program expectation, ambitions, goals of the study and to present your background and qualification to the Admission Committee.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROGRAM ADMISSION1. Bachelor's degree in Laws from a recognized institution in Thailand or overseas institution.2. Good command of English - Students must pass AUIELT (ABAC English Test) or Equivalent. 3. Eligibility for a Student Visa to study in UK 4. Computer literacy

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTSAssumption University confers the degree of Master of Law in Business Law upon students who meet all of the following requirements:• Have completed all the courses of the program• Have obtained a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.00• At least C+ grade in all courses• Have passed the thesis defense• Have the thesis published or have obtained an acceptance of publication in a journal or academic publication or have presented it at a conference which has the proceedings• Have obtained library and financial clearance from the University• Have demonstrated good behavior and discipline
