1. Should the fee proposal split the costs for the two separate projects and prepare separate Owner’s

Representative Matrices?

ANS: Yes. Please provide separate OR service matrices for the GO and HEAPR projects. For this proposal,

assume that both project schedules will be aligned and concurrent.

2. Please provide the complete design team for the GO project.

ANS: Attached in this addenda.

3. The Sign-In sheet for the mandatory informational meeting is attached.
