As an AEP Member, not only will you have the chance to associate with trend-setting leaders in your area of expertise, butyou will interact with buyers and suppliers of other facets of the industry. For the first time, you can learn and share

information about the way business is transacted in sectors other than yours and discover ways that you are different as well as what you can do to benefit from each other. Shop your needs with other buyers and sellers through a unique

network that can make your business more progressive and less complex.

AEP’s Signature Event brings all the sectors together to better understand the buying process from both sides of the contract. Educational sessions are strategically planned to identify the needs of the members and brainstorm issues, ideas

and ways to resolve both problems and potential problems.

AEP’s unique showcasing process follows each individual showcase with a “Meet & Greet” where buyers can conversewith the artists that just performed and meet management and agents responsible for the act’s calendar.

Each conference also includes social time where attendees and agents can discuss possible relationships in a relaxed unhurried environment.

AEP is built on the idea of being member-centric. Every decision is based on feedback from members and the National Advisory Board (NAB) is a cross-section of AEP’s entire population. Every voice is heard.

At $199 for a buyer membership and $399 for an Agency membership, this association has to be one of the best buysever for entertainment professionals. And you can add a branch office to your membership for only $100 more. That makesthe standard buyer membership AT LESS THAN 55¢ a day. You have to be a supplier member to submit a showcasing act

but consider that for $1.09 per day you have the chance to rub shoulders with other colleagues in the industryand be exposed to AEP Network of Buyers, It’s a deal you would be foolish to pass up.

AEP is an organization on the grow, so now is the time to get involved. All memberships are for one full year from the date your membership is approved.

Branch or satellite offices must join within thirty (30) days of the primary membership to get the $100 rate. All branch memberships follow the start and end date of the primary member.

Here are just a few perks of membership:Discounted conference registration for AEP’s Signature Event

Discounted Showcase and Exhibit fees for member suppliers at AEP’s Signature EventMember meetings at various other entertainment conferences nationally

A network where buyers and sellers can converse via email for suppliers and entertainment needsDiscounted Advertising rates for American Entertainment Magazine
