scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year, and includes all the students who

remained enrolled after their cancellation period. 2“Students available for graduation” is the number of students who began program minus the number of

“Students unavailable for graduation,” which means those students who have died, been incarcerated, or called

to active military duty. 3“Graduates” is the number of students who completed the program within 100% of the program length.

4“Completion Rate” is the number of Graduates divided by the Number of Students Available for Graduation.

5“150% Graduates” is the number of students who completed the program within 101-150% of the program

length. 6“150% Completion Rate” is the number of students who completed the program in the reported calendar year

within 101-150% of the published program length divided by the Number of Students Available for Graduation

in the published program length period. 7“Graduates available for employment” means the number of graduates minus the number of graduates

unavailable for employment. “Graduates unavailable for employment” means the graduates who, after

9“Placement Rate Employed in the Field” is calculated by dividing the number of graduates gainfully employed

in the field by the number of graduates available for employment. 10

Number of Students Taking Exam is the number of students who completed the program within 150% of the

Students may cancel a contract with the school, without any penalty or obligations by giving written notice to

the school through attendance at the first class session, or the seventh day after enrollment, whichever is later.

In this case institution shall refund 100 percent of the paid for institutional charges, less the registration fee of

75 dollars ($75) less the STRF fee.

Cancellation shall occur when the student gives written notice of cancellation to the institution at the address

specified in the agreement. The written notice of cancellation, if given by mail, is effective when deposited in

the mail properly addressed with postage prepaid. The school will provide the student with the Notice of

Cancellation at the first class attended by the student. Notice of cancellation should be in writing to: Director of

Admissions, Oxman College Administrative Office, 318 Westlake Center, Ste 280, Daly City, CA 94015.

The student shall have right to cancel the agreement and receive a full refund before the first lesson and

materials are received. The institution shall make the refund pursuant to section 71750 of the Regulations. If the

institution sent the first lesson and materials before an effective cancellation notice was received, the institution

shall make a refund within 45 days after the student’s return of the materials.
