As future leaders, everyone wants to help you. As femaleminority future leaders, you have even more assistanceavailable to you due to biases in Western culture. Also, studieshave found that diverse teams are more successful. (duh) Takeadvantage of these opportunities!
Identify two resources for at least two of your career paths thatyou will utilize in the upcoming year. Set SMART goals on howyou will gain this resource.i.e. I will sign up to take an online course on HTML5 by August 1and complete the course by November 1.
