SAAB DYNAMICS INNOVATION STRATEGY

There is no clear innovation strategy at Saab Dynamics at this moment. We have a deprecated innovation process from 2013.

Our close cooperation with FMV can partly explain the reason for not having an innovation strategy. FMV has in the past founded studies at Saab Dynamics that have been in line with an overall strategy for creating right capabilities for the Swedish AF.

FMV founded studies at Dynamics have diminished over time and we need to take control over our own innovation capability.

As a first attempt to define our own innovation strategy, we are evaluating the possibility to use Ericsson’s innovation framework.
