SUMMARY Four diamond drill holes were drilled in October 2007 on the Arrow Property in the Pigeon River – Arrow River area of the Thunder Bay mining district. The target of this drilling program was magmatic Ni-Cu sulfide mineralization hosted in gabbroic dikes in the vicinity of the Crystal Lake Gabbro. Drill results are summarized below: • Hole 07AR0001 intersected 22.6 m grading 0.48% Cu and 0.21% Ni from 16.4 m depth. The

disseminated mineralization occurs as 1-4% combined pyrrhotite/chalcopyrite, with highest grade over 0.4 m with ~6% interstitial pyrrhotite/chalcopyrite mineralization.

• Hole 07AR0002 intersected 32.85 m grading 0.27% Cu and 0.12% Ni, from 5.8 Mineralization occurs as 2% disseminated pyrrhotite/chalcopyrite (4:1).

• Holes 07AR0003 and 07AR0004 each intersected a non-mineralized gabbroic dike. Although low-grade mineralization of Cu-Ni sulfides was intersected, the volume of that mineralized zone is expected to be quite small. Metal tenors of sulfides in 07AR0001 and 07AR0002 are lower than those in the Crystal Lake Gabbro suggesting distinct mineralizing processes and/or events. INTRODUCTION In the fall of 2006, initial ground prospecting identified disseminated pyrrhotite-chalcopyrite mineralization with good tenors of Cu-Ni in the Pigeon River dike system west of the Crystal Lake gabbro. In March-April 2007, Kennecott Canada Exploration Inc. (KCEI) staked 14 claims for further work. More prospecting followed in 2007 following the acquisition of a new helicopter-borne magnetic and electromagnetic survey. Drill targets were selected based on this new data, and drilling took place in October 2007. This report presents only the results of the 2007 diamond drilling. The airborne geophysics results are not presented in this report, as they were submitted independently as a report prepared by Aeroquest International. The possible genetic association of some of the dikes mapped as Pigeon River dikes with the Crystal Lake Gabbro would make them good candidates as conduits to the known mineralized intrusion. Accumulation of massive to semi-massive sulfides in such conduits, such as that observed in Voisey’s Bay, was the target type for this exploration program. Four diamond drillholes were drilled on Kennecott Canada Exploration Inc’s claims to test this hypothesis. LOCATION AND ACCESS The project area is located in the Pardee and Devon Townships, within the Thunder Bay mining division, on NTS sheet 52 A/4. The area is 45 km southwest of the city of Thunder Bay, directly north of the Pigeon River, which follows the US border. The area can be accessed from Thunder Bay via highway 61 south and road 593 to the west. The drill sites for 07AR0001-07AR0002 are located 1 km west of Lenore Lake and 07AR0003 is located 0.6 km west of Crystal Lake, all on private land owned by Wolfwood Enterprises. Access to these sites is from road 593 is by all-terrain-vehicle, on logging trails. Drill site for 07AR0004 is located between the Arrow River and road 593, 2.5 km north of the old Pigeon River border crossing. The site is located on private land owned by Buchanan Forest

103 1522.3 PREVIOUS WORK 1965-1966: Grasset Lakes Mines Ltd drills holes G-65-1 (99 m) and G-66-1 (441 m) on current claim 4210865 at the north end of the Arrow property. 1966-1968: Bordun Mining Corporation drilled 11 diamond drill holes totaling 2,192 m, in the Start Location, directly west of Crystal Lake and Lenore Lake. 1968-1969: I.C. Christopher drilled 3 diamond drill holes totaling 773 m, in the Stuart Location, immediately west of Bordun’s claims. 1998: Falcondridge acquires an airborne Dighem electro-magnetic and magnetic survey from Geoterrex-Dighem over a large area, some of which includes minor parts of the Arrow property. 1999: Falconbridge drills PR99-03 at a depth of 298 m, 640 m south of the Arrow property, on their grid PR-03 in the Stuart Location. 1999-2002: Dumont Nickel Inc. and North Atlantic Nickel Corp. drill 6 diamond drill holes totaling 2,482 m, at the northwestern end of the Arrow property. Only 3 of those holes are within current claim 4210863. 2002: McVicar Minerals Ltd and BHP Billiton acquire from Fugro Airborne Surveys a MEGATEM electro-magnetic survey in the Pardee and Crook townships, over an area which includes a minor part of the current Arrow property in the Stuart Location. REGIONAL GEOLOGY The geology of the Pigeon River area was initially mapped in 1935 by T.L. Tanton (Geological Survey of Canada) at a scale of 1:63,360, where undifferentiated diabase bodies where mapped out within Rove Formation sedimentary rocks. A very good detailed geological map of the Devon and Pardee Townships by J.J.C. Geul, at a scale of 1:31,680, was published by the

Ontario Department of Mines in 1970, which differentiated diabase and gabbroic bodies as Logan sills, Pigeon River dikes and Crystal Lake Gabbro.

Figure 3: Geological map of the Arrow Property The Pigeon-Arrow River area occurs along the northern margin of the Proterozoic Mid-Continental (Keweenawan) Rift. The area is underlain by an early Proterozoic turbidite sequence of interbedded greywackes, shales and argillites of the Rove Formation, within the Animikie Group (Geul, 1970). Three major middle Proterozoic intrusive events are recognized in the area, intruding in the Animikie sediments: 1) Diabase sills (possibly correlative with the Logan sills), 2) Dikes of olivine diabase and quartz diabase of the Pigeon River and Arrow River series, which cross-cut the sills, 3) Crystal lake Gabbro intrusion which cross-cut the two other

intrusion groups (Smith and Sutcliffe, 1987). The diabase sills are fine- to medium-grained tholeiitic diabases. They commonly form high relief plateaus with steep cliffs, or mesa, which are magnetically reversely polarized. The dikes are steeply dipping linear bodies up to 150 m thick, of equigranular to ophitic, fine- to medium-grained diabase. The dikes commonly form linear ridges characterized by strong magnetic highs. The Crystal Lake intrusion outcrops as a “Y” shaped body, with a 6 km long northwest trending northern arm, and a 2 km long east-northeast trending southern arm, which is parallel to the Pigeon River dike orientation. The intrusion contains gabbro, anorthositic gabbro, olivine gabbro and troctolite in 4 recognized zones: the Basal Zone, Lower Unlayered Zone, Cyclic Zone and Upper Zone (Cogulu, 1990). Avg: ~2% Sulfide distribution is very variable within the layered sequence. More mafic lithologies, locally interpreted as the base of layers tend to be more sulfidic with up to 5% Po-Cpy (4:1) over cm to dm. Sulfides commonly occur in relict Ol phenocrysts (with Serp-Mag), but at higher grades occur interstitially, often partially enclosing silicates.

Drill Core Assays Assays were determined by ALS Chemex in Vancouver, Canada. A suite of 38 elements (including Cu, Ni) was analyzed for by ICP-MS, after lithium borate fusion of the samples. Au, Pt, Pd was analyzed by fire assay using an ICP-MS finish. S was determined by leco furnace and infrared spectroscopy. Short intervals of low grade Cu-Ni mineralization were observed in 07AR0001 and 07AR0002. Best results include 22.6 m grading 0.48% Cu and 0.21% Ni in 07AR0001 from 16.4 m depth, and 32.85 m grading 0.27% Cu and 0.12% Ni in 07AR0002 from 5.8 m depth. Holes 07AR0003 and 07AR0004 intersected gabbroic dikes but no significant mineralization. Drill Site Reclamation The reclamation of the 3 drill sites and associated access trails was completed upon demobilization of the drill rig. The work involved backfilling of sumps, drill pad levelling and smoothing (back-blading) of access trails. The work was supervised by KCEI staff and Gord Persson from Bio-Consulting Ltd. All final sites have been photo documented. KCEI also replanted approximately 75 small pine trees at drill site 07AR0004 as requested by the land owner, Buchanan Forest Products.
