Area based working will increase focus on the integration of service delivery at local level, increase efficiency and more importantly will ensure that Children, Young People and their families receive services in a joined up way

Delivery style: Multi-Disciplinary Teams with LOTS around the County (Local Operation Teams) – Targets local needs more efficiently

Information gathered to identify needs and your organisations aims/objectives/targets are used to write a specification

The specification is used to develop questions for service providers to assess their abilities and capacity to deliver

Provide Children & Young People with the specifications developed. Briefly cover the core elements

GROUP WORK EXERCISE

AIMS:

To develop questions for organisations bidding for NCC contracts

To produce a presentation title for organisations bidding for NCC contracts
