Assembly Manual- Wide Scaffold

Ladders omitted for clarity.
Insert the adjustable wheels into the legs of the frame. Lock the wheels with the lock pins, and brakes.
Position the ladder frame as shown.Lock the wheels, and clip the horizontalbraces onto the rungs
Clip on diagonal braces onto the lowestrung in opposing directions. Ensure to lockthem entirely. Frame is now self supporting.
Locate the platform on 2nd rung (approx 1.0m)
level.
Install the next set of diagonal braces. Addnext lift of 5 rung ladder frames.
Install the platform on 5th rung (approx 2.0m)
Add the adjustable stabilisers, then lock them entirely. Do not climb the platform until fully guardrailed.
Continue steps 5 and 6 until required working height is reached. Erect guardrails and horizontal braces. Guardrails should extend1.0m past the platform in all cases. Do not climb to next platform until it isfully guardrailed.
Fit toeboards to all working platforms. Install ladders to all platforms.
