1. Project : Testing Laboratory and Multi-Skill Development Centre at Kanpur Clients : Kanpur Unnao Leather Cluster Development Company Ltd. Project Brief : The project was developed by IL&FS Clusters under Public Private Partnership

Model. The project was funded by the Central Government under the ASIDE (Assistance to States) For Improvement and Development of Exports) with 76% of the project cost funded by GoI and 26% was funded by Clients.

2. Project : Spices Park, Rae-Bareily Clients : Spices Board of India Project Brief : The project is implemented by Spices Board of India. IL&FS Clusters was selected

as Project Management and Advisory Consultant for the project. Project Cost : 15 Millions Project Status : Ongoing 80% completed.

3. Misc Project : Mega Leather Cluster Projects at Sandilla and Kanpur Electronic Goods Manufacturing Clusters at RIICO Industrial Area, Bhiwadi Various documentation works including preparation of RFP’s, Concept Note, Architectural Drawings for Business Development and Bidding

Key Task Assigned

• Assisted the Senior Management in developing the project for the upliftment of the leather sector. Testing Laboratory, Skill Center and Leather Clusters were developed in the same concept under the PPP mode.

• Drafting the initial Concept Plan along with Architectural Drawings and Cost Financials, and getting the scheme finalized from the Clients and Statutory bodies.

• Scrutinizing and auditing of the detailed engineering Drawings and Documents, Project Specifications, BoQ’s and adherence of the cost of the project within the scheduled Budget.

• Preparation of the Project Implementation Schedule in line with time, cost and available resources for the project • Preparation and Screening of Pre-Tendering Documents such BoQ’s, Rate Analysis and Cost Estimation etc. and

assist Clients in inviting the tenders, checking and scrutinizing the bids received and preparation of the Technical and Financial Bid Comparison reports, generating and placing the Work-orders.

• Assisting Client in identifying new vendors and short listing the same, assessing the quotations and preparation of Work Orders, Purchase Orders, LoI/LoA etc for the procurement of various machines and equipments.

• Monitoring day-to-day activities during the construction of the project, right from the mobilization of men, materials and machinery equipments, Co-ordination among the various agencies and parallel workflows, monitoring the execution as per the Project Schedule in terms of quality, time and cost, analyzing the variance and taking/suggesting steps to mitigate the same

• Resolving the issues related to Detailed Design and Engineering and building services with Contractors, Consultant and various other agencies involved.

• Maintaining and controlling documentation in line with the Quality Assurance in terms of workmanship and materials used for construction.

• Conducting site review meetings at regular intervals to achieve preconceived time and financial ideas. • Scrutiny and approval of the Running Bills of the contractor, reconciling the quantities from the estimated versus

as built and channelizing the payments • Generating Project Progress Reports on Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and annual basis and Participating

in management reviews held from time to time. • Monitoring the performance reviews of the contractor as per contract, tracking the payment, change in contract
