About Synergizing

• The More you work together, the more you can achieve. You can also have more understanding and meet new friends. Synergizing can be a good process in which you can learn more.

EXAMPLES

• My friend was helping me with my homework so I thought I would be nice and help her clean her room. This help me with my math and she didn’t get grounded for not cleaning her room but if we had never came up with the idea in the first place together then she would have been grounded.

MORE EXAMPLES

• Like in the movie breakfast club they all are from different environments and they don’t all get along at first but then they all become friends and they see that no matter where you come from, you can always find friends that don’t have to be like you and still want to hang with you.

These are ways you’re not synergizing!!

• A Shunner’s are people who do not like to mix and mingle with other beliefs, and they start anti groups. They think only their beliefs are right and everyone else is wrong.

• Example:

Is a emo kid doesn’t want to hangout with anyone because he believes in cut yourself only.

• A Tolerator is a person who can accept diversity but doesn’t embrace it. They like to stick to their selves only or their clique.

• Example

Sam the cheerleader, isn’t friends with Greg but she’ll work with him for the project because she has to.

• A Celebrator is a person who values differences. They don’t judge any values they can be friends with someone with different values but they might not agree with them at all.

Josh and Leslie are friends they expect each other differences.
