ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
P Set up the scaffold only under safe weather conditions.
P Always use a harness, helmet, gloves and safety shoes.
P We recommend EVERYONE to attend a course about erecting scaffolds.
P Do not let anyone, who has not read the user guide thoroughly, work with or on the scaffold.
P All components should be checked for damage at the time of assembly. Damaged com-ponents should be repaired by certified personnel or destroyed.
1a Fit the collars over the adjust-able base plates and swivel the wing-nut (+50mm) upwards.
1b Place the complete base plane. Connect collars using ledgers. Use the small holes of the rosette for right-angle connections. If necessary, put wood, concrete or a steel plate under each adjustable base plate.
2 Level the base plane in longitudinal and cross direc-tion. Level the base commen-cing at the highest point of the ground, by adjusting the wing nut.
Before you start: Study this assembly and user guide completly. If you have any questions, you can contact us without obligations..

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
3 Place 3m standards at the outside of the scaffold (6 rosettes) and place 2m stan-dards at the inside of your scaffold (4 rosettes).
4 At a height of 2m, fit ledgers in longitudinal and cross direction.
5 Fix diagonal braces. In-sert the wedges in one of the big holes of the rosette. De-pending the situation, mount diagonal braces in longitudi-nal direction at least every 5th bay.
At the end of the scaffold, one diagonal brace in each level is sufficient. Attach diagonal braces as much as possible from one joint to another joint.
If you are NOT planning to put decks on each level continue at page 8.

6 For scaffolds with a lad-der deck. Choose the bay for the ladder deck and place 2 steel decks at the base.
7 Place the ladder deck. Important: Ladder decks have a lower permissible load then steel decks. Safe scaf-fold class for ladder decks: class 3, evenly distributed load 2.0kN/m2 or a point load 1.5 kN/m2 over an 0.5 x 0.5m area.
8 Place all the steel decks.
9 Important: Secure every deck with lock against lift-off.
10 While you are standing on the ladder, mount a ledger as the first guard rail in the 1st
rosette 50cm above the steel deck. Subsequently, mount your 2nd guard rail 50cm hi-gher.

16 Mount your 2nd level decks while standing of the 1st level.Important: Secure every deck with lock against lift-off.
17 While you are standing on the ladder, mount a led-ger as the first guard rail in the 1st rosette 50cm above the steel deck. Subsequently, mount your 2nd guard rail 50cm higher.
18 At last attach toe boards to the scaffolding bays and to the ends.
Repeat the steps as discribed at page 7 - 8 until you reach the required height..

22 Mount a ledger as guard rail in the 1st rosette above the decks. Subse-quently, mount the 2nd ledger as guard rail in the rosette 1m above the floor.
23 Attach toe boards to the scaffolding bays and to the ends. Place longitudinal and end toe boards behind the wedges.
DIAGONAL BRACES CONFIGURATIONS
P In longitudinal direction mount diagonal braces at least every 5th bay.
P Fix diagonal braces in large area or in tower-like (drawing 2).
P Attach diagonal braces as much as possible from one joint to another joint.

P Anchoring only to solid constructions or buidings. Always carry out a tensile test.
P Higher requirements of anchor forces, for scaffolds including nets or canvases.
P Study the assembly manual of the fasteners which your use for anchoring.
P Anchoring according pattern A, B, or C. Required anchor forces for different situations and heights see table below.
P Attach the anchors nearby a joint.
P For coastal areas, calculate minimum 15% extra anchor forces.
