Private Parties

The Amaryllis Suite is the perfect room for smaller, intimate gatherings of up to 40 people. The

room is transformed into a festive hideaway, illuminated by a spectacular Christmas tree and sparkling decorations.

Require a bigger room for more guests? No problem! Our Junction Restaurant can be booked exclusively for groups of up to 90 guests.

Private parties can be booked throughout November, December & January

For groups of over 50 guests, complimentary DJ entertainment and a dance floor is included in

the package. For parties of less than 50 guests, we can organise DJ entertainment at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

Terms & Conditions

Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.

DEPOSIT SCHEDULE

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £10 per guest is required within ten days of confirmation of booking for any Joiner Party Night.

A non-refundable and non-transferable 25% deposit of the total will be due on all private party bookings on contract signature.

Final balances are required to be paid at the latest, four weeks prior to the event date. Failure to do so will be deemed to constitute your cancellation of the booking without prior notification to or from the hotel and will terminate our contract with you.

All monies are non refundable.

ACCOMMODATION:

Event accommodation and prices subject to availability at the time the booking is made.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:

Any special dietary requirements must be made known to the hotel at least two weeks prior to the event.

Large groups may be split over two or more tables.

Whilst every effort will be made for special seating

arrangements, these cannot be guaranteed.

The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas

events to ensure minimum numbers.

No wine, beer or spirits may be bought into the hotel by

the client, or the client's guests for the consumption on

the premesis, unless the prior consent of the Company

has been obtained and if any corkage fee, if required has

been paid.

The client shall be responsible for any damage caused to

the allocated space or furnishings, utensils and

equipment therein by any act, default or neglect of the

client, it's guests , agents and servants and shall pay to

the Company on demand the amount required to make

good or remedy any such damage.

Functions and Conferences are required to finish at the

time agreed when the booking is made. Extensions to

this may be chargeable and are at the sole discretion of

the Hotel and are in any event subject to the Statutory

Licensing Regulations.
