Accentuate nature Show contrast between the Highline and
surrounding urban areas and communities
Plan to revamp Highline, to increase amount of visitors while minimizing traffic problems
Focus on Natural Aspects
• Very different landscape the rest of the city
• Natural space in a very commercial area
