Article of The Year Award for 2012 Each year, the members of the Society for the Study of School Psychology select a Journal of School Psychology Article of the Year. The Article of the Year for 2012 is titled Nonparametric Statistical Tests for Single-Case Systematic and Randomized ABABAB And Alternating Treatment Intervention Designs: New Developments, New Directions, and it was authored by Joel R. Levin, John M. Ferron, and Thomas R. Kratochwill. These authors will receive a prize of $2,500 and a plaque at the 2013 American Psychological Association convention. Another article, A Longitudinal Study of School Connectedness and Academic Outcomes Across Sixth Grade, was selected for honorable mention. It was authored by Kate Niehaus, Kathleen Moritz Rudasill, and Christopher R. Rakes.
