Section 1 Congress is bicameral, made up of the
Senate and the House of Representatives.

Section 2 Every other year new members are
elected for the House of Representatives, and they must meet
qualifications. A candidate for the House of
Representatives must be at least 25 years old, have been a U.S. citizen for 7 years and may not live in the state he’s
elected to represent.

Section 2 The number of representatives is based
on the population of the state, which in turn is based on a state census taken
every 10 years. If a House of Representatives member
dies or leaves office before their term ends, the governor calls for a special election to replace the vacant spot.

Section 2 House of Representatives can choose speakers and officers and can impeach
them at any given time.

Section 3 There are two Senators from each state,
they serve a six year term and each have one vote.
An empty Senator’s seat is to be filled by the governor holding a special election but it may be temporarily filled until the election
ends. A senator must be at least 30 year old, have
been a U.S. citizen for 9 years and live in the state in which they’re elected.

Section 3 The Vice President has rank above the
Senate but has no vote unless to break a tie.
Vice President chooses their own officers and a fill-in for when they aren’t
present. When someone is impeached by the
House, the Senate conducts the trial. Two-thirds will convict the accused.

Section 3 If one is impeached, the punishment is
removal from office.

Section 4 Representative’s are to be elected from
districts in the State with more than one seat in the house.
Congress must meet at least once a year, January 3.

Section 5 The number of the House and Senate
cannot exceed their numbers (House-218) (Senate-51) or be too low (less than the majority) when in session. Each house makes its own rules, punishes misbehaving members and
can impeach a member with a 2/3 vote.

Section 5 Records must be kept of meetings. Once a session started, it can’t be
adjourned for more than 3 days without the say so of the other houses.

Section 6 The members of a house have salaries
set by that house. A member of the Senate or House of
Representatives may hold seat in the executive or judicial branch if they’re in
a term.

Section 7 Bills that raise money must begin in the
House but the Senate can revenue a bill received from the lower house.
For a bill to become a law, both houses must pass it and then the President
must sign it to make it a law. Or it can be sit for 10 days unsigned and be
passed. Otherwise the President can veto the bill.

Section 7 Anything that needs both houses to pas
sit, unless it may be adjourned, must be presented to the President before
becoming a law. Although, a constitutional amendment does not
need the Presidents permission.

Section 8 the congress shall have power
To assign and collect taxes. To borrow money from other countries. To regulate trade with other countries.
To make laws relating to bankruptcy and illegal aliens.

Section 8 To create/regulate a money system.
To make counterfeiting money a federal offence.
To establish post offices and mail routes. To copyright/patent things.

Section 8 To prohibit acts outside of our territorial
jurisdiction and the commission of the U.S. when we’re at peace.
To declare war. To raise and maintain an army with a
two year spending limit to ensure the civilians control the army.

Section 9 A fee is to be paid by those wishing to
migrate When someone has another detained,
that person must present to the court the one who he is detaining so they can determine if he is guilty of the accusation.
A judge must have proof before he can punish the accused.

Section 9 there will be no head tax unless congress decides
on it. No tax is laid on exported items but there is tax
on imported items. All U.S. PORTS ARE EQUAL IN TAXATION AND
COMMERCE POWERS. CONGRESS HAS THE FINAL SAY OVER FEDERAL
INCOME AND SPENDING ALL MEN ARE EQUAL, FOREIGN COUNTRIES
CAN’T BRIBE OR CORRUPT OUR GOVERNMENT OFFICERS.

Section 10 NO STATE CAN MAKE AN
AGREEMENT/TREATY WITH A FOREIGN STATE.
ONLY CONGRESS CAN TAX IMPORTS EACH STATE PROVIDES FOR OUT
MILITARY, BUT NO SINGLE STATE MAY HAVE ITS OWN MILITARY.
