For three generations, Tisserant Art & Style has

perpetuated the French tradition of “Master Bronzier” and

“Master Lighting”.

Each piece made by Tisserant Art & Style is first casted

in bronze then meticulously hand chased in a long and

delicate ornamentation process requiring a firm hand and

a marked artistic sense. Tisserant Art & Style can offer

different finishes to create harmony between the lighting

and the decor elaborated by the designer: gold 24K, silver,

nickel or medal bronze, for example.

The designer’s creativity is encouraged: Mr. Tisserant

works from a drawing or a picture to create a unique

piece. Several luxury Hotels in France have yet witnessed

such collaboration.

UL certifications can be provided on request for most

models.

Tisserant Art & Style has been granted the EPV (Living

Heritage Company) label and has been chosen for many

prestigious restoration projects: Château de Versailles, The

Louvre, etc…

10 The renowned Maison Baguès was established in the

heart of Paris in 1860 and is specialized in the creation of

luxury lighting. Early on, it became the emblem of French

savoir-faire in lighting and wrought iron work.

Today, Baguès continues to manufacture its eldest most

prestigious models and has also been enriched by new

creations imagined by the world’s most talented designers.

At the workshop, iron and bronze are first shaped

according to traditional techniques. Artisans then apply

hand leaf gilt gold or gilt silver to these chandeliers,

lamps, and wall sconces. Finally, cut crystals or rock

crystals are hand-assembled to finish these beautiful pieces

of artwork.

JC Bordelet is a French designer and manufacturer of

metallic fireplaces which naturally dress the heart of your

home.

In 1976, the designer JC Bordelet started to study and

create original fireplaces and very quickly found his place

at the center of avant-garde fireplace creation. The perfect

mastering of metal techniques and the integration of colors

has allowed JC Bordelet to become an irrefutable reference

in the profession of fireplace designers and manufacturers.

In 1982, JC Bordelet imposed his style and signature at

a Parisian trade show in presenting a central fireplace,

suspended by its top, open on all sides and lacquered

blue - a color which up until then had hardly ever been

used in interior decorating.

With original designs, audacious colors and fluidity

of shapes, JC Bordelet has imposed himself as a non-

conformist player. Highlight the fire with elegance and be

charmed by JC Bordelet’s unique style!

Jandelle traces its roots from three generations of

architects who have taken part in the development of the

living environment in the genuine French tradition of

quality and prestige.

The company started with the construction of a great

number of Parisian buildings in the 19th ancient and

traditional handicraft Jandelle Paris has been carrying on

the art of metal leaf work, copperware and copper boiler-

work in order to realize sinks, washbasins and bathtubs

considered as original and unique pieces.

Jandelle products, based on massive copper or brass,

are manually hammered after a meticulous boiler-work

and before a specific surface treatment. The production

process of a basin or a bathtub requires more than forty

different operations.

The modern techniques of formatting and surface

treatment, combined with its constantly enriched powers

of design creativity, allow the artisans, on the basis of

a hundred basic models, to offer an infinite variety of

products which is perfectly adapted to the desires of each

of our customers.

Due to the elegant mixture of tradition and innovation, in

addition to the unique quality and charm of hand-made

work, the pieces of art are exported worldwide and may

be found in several prestigious places, palaces, yachts, jets

and in the home of individuals who love elegance and are

generally advised by talented and well known architects

and home designers.

Christian Mussy & La Maison DeGroote et Mussy

Christian Mussy studied at the Ecole du Louvre and

the Musée des Arts Décoratifs. He has done extensive

restoration work on the period rooms at the Musée des

Arts Décoratifs, part of the Musée du Louvre, Paris.

Christian Mussy and DeGroote et Mussy have long

worked outside of France - from Moscow to the Middle

East, from London to Los Angeles - having perfected the

process of fabricating precise interiors for installation

abroad. He has been maintaining work relations with

international architects and decorators and is a member

of the Entreprises du Patrimoine Vivant, France.

DeGroote was founded in Paris in 1951. It was first and

foremost an atelier that created custom furniture and

boiseries, the French term for exquisite woodwork often

found in the main reception rooms of private homes and

state properties. Since 1993, Christian Mussy has been

directing the Parisian atelier and further developing the

firm’s signature work by integrating custom-designed

furniture – from classic 18th-century styles to Art Deco

to more modern periods – within completely designed

interiors, including boiseries or other wall-treatments,

flooring, lighting, hardware, fireplace surrounds, etc.

Christian Mussy and DeGroote et Mussy have the capacity

and the savoir-faire to create something truly unique – like

haute-couture – produced especially for the dreams and

desires of each client.

Taillardat is specialized in the manufacturing of high-

quality furniture.

Its creations are based on classic models mostly from

the 18th century. Their models are designed with the

objective to pass on the French tradition while adding an

original twist to their handcrafted collections. In 2011, the

company was granted the EPV (Living Heritage Company)

label because of the excellence of its French traditional

and industrial skills.

The collection consists of over 300 models not including

the custom made pieces.

Taillardat combines the skills and knowledge of

experienced cabinet makers with creative and commercial

management abilities of a modern firm. Its products are

100% French. The finishing (varnish, patina, gilding,

laying of leather and ornamental borders, reassembling

and tapestry) is hand-made in their workshops.

Relying on a specialized team and on a policy of quality,

the company has known how to develop customer loyalty

with professionals, architects, interior designers, design

offices, luxury hotels, embassies and private palaces. They

have achieved the most beautiful projects with the greatest

designers all over the world.

Tredart: haute-couture armchairs

“An armchair is a whole realm, hence the desire to offer

each and every one its own.” Thinking of those who

started modestly but achieved success, David and Eric

found the imagination and the ambition to fulfill their

dream and it all started in a garage. Difficult starts did not

restrain their motivation; rather, it encouraged them to go

beyond their limits.

A set, a shape, and 12 unique models: the goal being the

materialization of a personality, giving soul to an armchair

while innovating.
