The Vigan Gown-Made by Tippi Ocampo-Inspired by the lacy wrought-iron grillwork often found in Philippine colonial houses in Vigan, the very first gown designed by Tippi Ocampo, used copper-wire fashioned into curly-cues as beadwork, along with hundreds of miniscule black hook-and-eyes which allowed the gown to be taken apart and transformed into different styles.
